Day 2

Chef Artie   Eating and enjoying!
To fuel us for our first busy day, Artie made us a breakfast of his veggie eggs, a recipe that he and Margy have developed based on his father's famed "Potato Egg." We also enjoyed bagels from New York Bagels, located within 2 blocks of the apartment!

Den and Artie rode bicycles all the way up Cerro San Cristobal, while...

Cari and Margy visited a museum and the Plaza de Armas in el Centro, and then we all met at the nearby apartment of Mónica and Gustavo for a Chilean dinner
and a toast with Pisco Sours.

Notice anything different?

Dennis took pictures of the moon after we returned to Artie and Margy's apartment. The moon is upside-down in the southern hemisphere!

And for those who couldn't figure out the final photo from the previous page, the guys were trying to see the full moon in the same orientation as seen in the northern hemisphere.
