Music in the Morning: Day 3

This busy day began with Den joining Artie and Margy for a morning jog, after morning exercises in the apartment. You can see Margy and Den in the loop of this sculpture in front of Santiago's World Trade Center.

After breakfast, Cristián Gutierrez arrived and showed us his tiorba.

Cristian came to Artie and Margy as their guitar professor, but is now more like their son.

Artie had planned a special concert for Den and Cari.

Margy had made the program... and played her current piece with Cristián's help.

Later the video camera was set up to record Cristián playing the tiorba as the 3rd instrument on his audition tape to send to the university in Spain where he expects to start in on his doctorate in October.

Cristián is a gifted and talented professional musician!

And of course, Den and the rest of us kept taking photographs.
